What we're about

Want to make a difference on climate change? We empower ordinary people to work together and with Congress. Our climate plan is effective, good for the economy, bipartisan and revenue neutral.

We are working for the passage of Carbon Fee and Dividend, the climate change solution economists and climate scientists alike say is the best first step to bringing down our emissions. We are laser focused on a specific piece of legislation (HR 763, Energy Innovation Act) and a proven strategy to gain its passage.

We welcome people of all political stripes to come together and make real political progress on this important issue. At our monthly meetings we report on our outreach activities, organize and discuss future plans, and sync with the national and international effort (of which we are just one chapter out of hundreds).

By becoming active with us you will not only contribute to the defining challenge of our generation, but also learn new skills, get connected with your local community, and make some friends along the way!

Citizens' Climate Lobby Monthly Meeting HYBRID (In person/Zoom)

St Andrew's Episcopal Church

Want to make a difference on climate change? No matter your political leanings, we welcome you. Our group is non-partisan and narrowly focused on effective climate solutions at the policy level.

We meet on the third Tuesday of every month to report on our latest outreach efforts, plan the upcoming ones, discuss strategies, and sync with the national progress.

Many of our members are not on meetup.com, so don't read anything into number of attendees rsvp'd here.

We are excited to return to in-person meetings after over a year of meeting on Zoom! For those still distancing or located further away, our in-person meetings will also have a Zoom option. For the link, please RSVP to the event. Looking forward to seeing you.

The Church is at the corner of Foster and Fraser.
From Atherton turn onto Nittany Avenue toward the football stadium, then left onto Fraser. Free parking is available behind the church. You can park on Burrowes Street or Nittany Avenue nearby, both of which also have free parking. Paid parking can be found at meters on Fraser street in front of the church.

Room 325 is in the education wing of the church. Facing the front of the church on Fraser (with your back to the football field), enter the door on the right and follow the signs to the meeting. From the parking lot in the back of the building, enter the door to the left under the porch and follow the signs. An elevator is available.
