What does a citizen without borders mean to you?

A few years ago, I made up a joke with some friends, that we would found a society called 'confused citizens of the world'. We just feel like we dont match or 'fit in' fully where there is strong nationalism, regionalism or any strong ideology for that matter. This group gives the whole thing a more positive note. Congratulations. And we have to bear in mind that our ancestors, for the most part of human history, were nomads! Without any particular long-term attachment to a specific plot of land.

Introduction

Hi, Im a PhD student in London, born out of a highly mixed international breed, with some British and Latinamerican background in between. I have lived in 5 different countries, but dont feel attached to any, this group seems to be made for me!
