About us
Hey you wine lovers! This is a group for novice wine explore to the knowledgeable wine consumer to have the opportunity to taste and experience new wines. We will offer several different venues for wine exploration. On a weekly basis you will have the opportunity to preview wines that are presented by our staff and, from time to time, our vendors. You will also have opportunity to join wine paring dinners with local restaurants. Lastly, you will be invited to wine classes. These classes will generally have a food pairing component, wine education, and plenty of good conversation.

Wander through seasonal festivals, bustling plazas, coastal sunsets, and hidden vineyard villages, all through a curated tasting journey across Spain. Each wine becomes a stop along the journey, exploring how regional culture, tourism, climate, and local traditions shape what ends up in the glass. 🍷🇪🇸
Pares Balta Blanc de Pacs Penedès Catalonia Spain 2024 Blend of the 3 traditional varieties used for Cava; the Penedès: 47% Parellada, 31% Macabeu & 22% Xarel·lo. Aromas of honey, grapefruit, and pineapple. Flavors of melon, citrus, honey, and wet stone.
Garciarevalo Casamaro Rueda Verdejo Spain 2024 100% Verdejo. Lots of bright lemon peel and blossom on the nose. Great fruit, with notes of quince, melon, and apricot. Minerality with a pleasant finish.
Bodegas Ostatu Rosado Rioja Spain 2025 70% Tempranillo, 27% Garnacha, 3% Viura. Fresh and elegant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, watermelon rind, red currant, white peach, rose petal, and citrus blossom. The palate is vibrant and refreshing with flavors of strawberry, pink grapefruit, red cherry, melon, and subtle floral notes supported by crisp citrus tones.
Finca Sobreno Seleccion Especial Toro Spain 2020 100% Tinta de Toro (aka Tempranillo). Big yet elegant nose, refined and stylish with ripe berry fruit, spicy complexity of clove, sandalwood, vanilla and chocolate. The night will unfold in a graceful ebb and flow — moments of illusion drawing you in, followed by the pleasure of a flight of four 2-oz wine samples, each paired with a light snack. Magic gives way to tasting, tasting returns to magic, each enhancing the other as the experience drifts back and forth like a pendulum of delight.
