Join me and develop your design eye on an architectural photography workshop of Philadelphia’s historic district... at a 12% discount in celebration of Architecture Students Week!
See, learn, and photograph the architecture of the historic heart of Philadelphia, our city that contributed so much to the genesis of an independent United States and to its first fifty years.
On this photo workshop, within a relatively compact area, we will experience more than a dozen important historic buildings and sites, including:
• Independence Hall, the “Birthplace of America”
• The Liberty Bell
• Carpenters’ Hall, where the First Continental Congress met in 1774
• A trio of buildings by Philadelphia’s great Greek Revivalist, William Strickland
Also, as an added value, you'll be able to send me your photos (or links to them) from this workshop for evaluation and feedback. I'll make comments and suggestions, and in many cases, do some photo editing on your photos to demonstrate how to make a good image even better.
If are new to photography or could use a refresher on topics like f-stops, depth of field, basic composition, etc, I will conduct an optional, free pre-tour session on those topics 45 minutes before we start the tour for anyone registered.
