October Civic Tech Meetup: civic APIs for everyday use

Details
For the past few months we've been looking at data sources that were more analytic or things that we'd only use a few times, like census data reports or redistricting maps.
For October, we'll take a look at some APIs that cover things we might use in our day-to-day lives. In some ways, this is getting back to our roots - it's fair to say that the civic hacking group in Madison got its start when Greg Tracy made the API that powered his SMSMyBus app available to other developers. So let's take stock: what else can we do in the civc data and API space that's more interactive and in the moment?
For 2021, we're going to stick to Zoom-only online events, and in 2022 we'll start to figure out what sort of in-person events make sense.
