What we're about
We do intend to resume in person Tai Chi when it seems reasonable to do so. Currently, the pandemic rages on. My best guess is that when the weather is above 40 degrees consistently, we will be back out in the park again.
Tai Chi for everyone!
All skill levels are welcome. Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise and a relaxation technique that can be performed by anyone at any age. It is soothing, natural and requires no strenuous calisthenics or equipment. Our members vary from those with years of experience to those who are just beginning.
Wear loose fitting clothes and shoes that can slide a little.
In normal times we meet 3 times a week, Mon., Tue., Wed., from 9-10 am.
