Tai Chi for everyone!

All skill levels are welcome. Tai Chi is an ancient form of exercise and a relaxation technique that can be performed by anyone at any age. It is soothing, natural and requires no strenuous calisthenics or equipment. Our members vary from those with years of experience to those who are just beginning.

Wear loose fitting clothes and shoes that can slide a little.

Currently we meet 3 times a week, Mon., Tue., Wed., from 9-10 am. Our practice is moving back outside for the summer. You can find us in Forrest Hills Park at a shelter near the Forrest Hill Blvd entrance. We are near the Baseball Field.

Don't worry if you haven't tried this before, you'll catch on. All ages and abilities are welcome. Craig Sensei is good at adjusting the practice for those who show up. Please come early!
