What we're about
The Cleveland Writers Club is a currently-free membership group for those who have something to write! For those who would like to start or complete a book or other project... such as a personal memoir, novel, non-fiction, collection of short stories or poetry. CWC is for you if your writing has been gathering dust in a closet, under a bed, in a drawer or in your head for months... maybe years.
Following writing coach Steve FitzGerald surveys of our membership in 2016, and again in 2017, the course we'll follow will be to have individualized "One-Plus-One" writing critiques, and once or twice per year small-group weekend writers retreat, and occasional private writing retreats individually scheduled upon request. We'll roll out the individual sessions on weekdays first, since serious writing reviews and critiques are a priority for the majority of CWC members. Next, we'll add weekend "One-Plus-One" opportunities. Later, we'll add group and individualized writing retreats. All events will have reasonable fees to attend.
It's going to be work (no way around that) so let's join forces and make some progress with your writing! Get constructive feedback, help and professional coaching. Get started by joining the Cleveland Writers Club.
P.S. You may also have an interest in joining the Friday the 13th Poets ( http://FridayThe13thPoets.com ) and the Island Writers Club ( http://IslandWritersClub.com ) meetups; their memberships are currently free. Join us today!
