Finding good contractors for your rehab or maintenance projects has always been one of the great challenges of real estate investing. At this month’s GCREIA meeting we welcome back Mike Dennis, creator of ServiceSold.com, to tell us how to get contractors bidding against each other in a reverse auction for your next project. Mike is Founder and CEO of Servicesold.com and a long-time real estate investor, trainer, and consultant.

Mike is a longtime real estate investor ,trainer and consultant. He earned his MBA from the University of Toledo and has been an instructor for Ohio Business College, Lorain County Community College and Cuyahoga Community College. Dennis also has worked as real estate television and radio talk show host for WDLW and as a trainer for several Ohio real estate organizations.
