Feasibility Dinner (plus a glass of wine!)

Details

At dinner we'll discuss best practices for feasibility and site selection. Whether you are working in an advanced disease state, searching for new investigative sites or simply interested in ranking sites you have worked with in the past, this discussion will be tailored just for you.

What you can expect from the feasibility dinner meetup?

• a template questionnaire that can be tailored to meet the needs of a group of trials, a specific study, and all phases of drug development

• recommendations for gathering available data sources and insights for proposed investigators

• advice and best practices for performing a statistically based feasibility

• an informal meetup, a brief presentation (not stuffy, and not too long, I promise!), yummy food, but primarily a fun exchange

Who should attend?

This group is inclusive, the more diverse perspectives the better. This event is geared towards established clinical operations professionals working in multi-center drug/device/diagnostic clinical trials, all therapeutic areas welcome. CRAs, Trial Managers, Data Managers, Statisticians, Project Managers, Regulatory professionals, and even entry-level folks are invited to the discussion. However, non-industry folks, spouses, friends, etc. can also attend.

Feel free to invite a guest or share the invite with others. An outside perspective on clinical operation processes is always welcome in this group. When putting together a toolkit, it is important to challenge the status quo and turn things on their head; outsiders offer lots of inspiration and can be the best innovators, so please do bring along a buddy!

You will have the opportunity to discuss the topic of feasibility with a small group of like-minded clinical operations professionals that face similar challenges in site selection. I'd be delighted for you to attend and share your best tips in this fun interactive discussion about feasibility and site selection.
