Join us in the Poconos at Skirmish USA for an exciting, action packed day of skirmishes in the woods. We expect to play at least a couple of games in a castle or fort.
Paintball is an advanced form of Capture the Flag. Each player has a marker, which fires paintballs. When you are marked by a paintball, you are out for the rest of that game. Usually, about 8 or 10 games are played during the day.
Old clothing, boots, and brown cloth work gloves (avail. at site), are recommended. Turtleneck shirt and a hat are also recommended. Unless you plan to rent an official camouflage suit there (recommended), wear washable outer clothing that would blend into the natural wooded area (dark green or brown is usually best).
A clean rag or two is usually helpful (to wipe off paint), as well as knee pads and knit hat or baseball cap.
If you like, bring your own lunch and drink. Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken, chips and soda are available at the on-site snack bar.
