Hey everyone,

the last meetup of 2016 will take place at Acrolinx (https://www.acrolinx.de/) in Mitte, near S-Bahnhof Friedrichstraße. Thanks to the hosts!

The following presentations are planned:

  1. Continuous Deployment with Kubernetes, Docker and GitLabC (Alexander Kiel)

In today’s microservices world, it’s particularly important to have a strong continuous deployment story. At the University of Leipzig we provide custom software solutions for a big medical study. In order to be able to continuously improve our applications and ensure stable operation, we run a Kubernetes cluster with over 30 different services. I’ll show how to setup and operate a Kubernetes cluster, how to prepare a Clojure service for Docker deployment and how to use GitLabCI to deploy automatically on commit.

Alexander (@alexander_kiel (https://twitter.com/alexander_kiel)) is a Clojure aficionado based in Leipzig.

  1. A Ring Middleware for GitHub Webhook Authentication (Stefan Kamphausen)

Stefan is an Emacs addict, Linux enthusiast, Friend of Clojure and other lisps and works at Acrolinx

  1. Mutation testing and the Clojure mutating testing library "mutants" (Franziska)

See you all in December!
