Clojure Berlin

Details
Hello everyone,
This month we are being hosted by Nubank — thanks to the generous hosts!
We have 3 shorter talks this time:
• The joy of simulating forces (Lisa Passing)
Let's talk about physics and forces and ClojureScript.
Lisa is a Berlin-based coder of web apps and playful things.
• Streamlining the library release process (Dmitrii Balakhonskii)
In this short talk I'll show how I solved the problem of maintaining consistent version number across project.clj and READMEs, as well as automatically bumping it with each release.
Dmitrii is a software engineer doing Clojure at Zalando in Berlin and also in his free time.
• Native Clojure with GraalVM (Jan Stępień)
The newly-released GraalVM changes the status quo in the realm of JVM-based programming languages. Tonight we'll explore its impact on Clojure. We'll build self-contained native binaries with simple command-line tools and Ring web applications. We'll also discuss current limitations of Clojure on Graal.
Clojure Berlin adheres to the Berlin Code of Conduct (http://berlincodeofconduct.org/de/).
Your organizers,
Paulus (pesterhazy@gmail.com) and Ben (ben.j.lovell@gmail.com)
