Intro to Biff: a new full-stack web framework for Clojure

Details

ABSTRACT: Biff is designed to make web development with Clojure fast and easy, especially for early stage startups and hobby projects. We'll discuss the "what," "why" and "how" of Biff, and we'll go over how you can try it out in your next side project. We'll also talk a bit about the long-term vision for Biff.

BIO: Jacob O'Bryant started using Clojure for side projects while at BYU. He graduated at the end of 2017, worked for a year at Lucid Software, then quit to become a full-time startup founder/bum (depends on who you ask). He's been running Biff in production at findka.com (startup idea #3 since quitting) for almost three months now, after migrating from Firebase. He likes long walks on the beach, and his favorite color is black.
