Agenda
5:00 PM: Cloud-Native 2021, Events, Discount codes
BMK, your host will be discussing on Cloud-Native 2021, and upcoming CNCF Events.
5:45 PM: Get Certified! How to get prepared for the CKAD and CKA
Kubernetes is supported by 100% of the public cloud providers and more companies are choosing Kubernetes as the main platform for building cloud-native applications. Some of these companies are looking into getting their engineers certified to verify their knowledge and capacity.
But getting certified can be scary. Kubernetes certifications are not multiple choice exams, they are real performance-based questions in real environments.
Let's learn from one of the experts! Cristian Russo will share tips and resources to prepare for these exams.
6:05 PM: Introduction to ArgoCD
Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes.
We will join Brad McCoy as we get an overview of what ArgoCD is and how you can get started.
We will go over Application definitions, configurations, and environments
