Workshop: The Kubernetes Playground

Happy New Year!

We hope that everyone is refreshed and ready to tackle 2019!

We didn’t schedule a meet up in January as we didn’t want everyone to fly back to Joburg from the beach for a CNCJ meet up!

Agenda: Workshop time! The Kubernetes Playground

Our first CNCJ workshop will be held in February, and it will be an interactive session where we get to play around with a Kubernetes cluster in real life!

We will look at some amazing Kubernetes features with a DevOps focus. You will be deploying applications into Kubernetes and getting some hands on experience with:

• Helm
• Istio
• Prometheus
• Jaegar

6pm ~ 6:30pm: food, drinks, networking and set up
6:30pm ~ 8:30pm: Workshop (aka The Playground)
8:30pm ~ : Continue playing (aka I don't want to leave!)
