Released back in 2012, TypeScript is an open-source programming language developed by Microsoft that compiles to JavaScript. It continues to gain popularity each year, and Typescript has caught the attention of a sizable user-base in the JavaScript community - and rightly so!

Join this new session by DataStax and learn how to make a basic application in VueJS using TypeScript. We'll go over the basics of creating Vue Components, implementing serverless functions for back-end communication, as well as setting up and connecting to a scalable NoSQL Database.
