The Art of PI Planning

Meetups by AROBS in collaboration with Micro Focus brings you the second event in the SAFe community this fall. Which of course, you shouldn't miss!

The event will be about The Art of PI Planning. The speaker, Mihaela Claudia Chiș, certified SAFe consultant will talk about running PI Planning of a large ART distributed across several geographies. Main points of discussion:

1. Content readiness: PI Pre-planning and Features Kanban
2. Facility readiness: mitigate time-zone differences
3. The plan: PI Objectives definition.

Mihaela has been working in Software Development since 1993. She joined the team that was in charge of implementing SAFe across the organization from 2015 as part of her job as Program Manager. She continued the SAFe journey through learning and getting certified as SAFe Practitioner, SAFe Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SPC and Certified Professional Agile Coach while applying the acquired knowledge in her day to day work.
