Jeffrey Scott Klubeck, M.A. is all about “expanding self and business!”
Jeffrey has parlayed his Communication Degrees (BA/MA) with practical sales, marketing, management, training, recruiting and executive/leadership experiences to become an International Coach (life, business, executive) and Small Business Consultant. In addition to his independent contracts with partners like David Couper Consulting (Los Angeles), My Coaching Organization/JT Foxx (Florida), Workplace Training Network, Wolf Management Consultants and Executive Joy (San Diego), Jeffrey also operates his own personal/professional development company called Get A Klu, Inc.

Jeffrey’s secret to success is the love for his clients he combines with keen insights and motivational skills that transform individual and organizational behavior. Through applications of leadership education and the lasting impact of the coach/client relationship, Jeffrey Klubeck is a true agent of change both personally and professionally!

As a Professor of Communication, Jeffrey has also taught Public Speaking, Argumentation, Critical Thinking and Group Interaction to adult learners for over 17 years. From his passionate commitment to teaching, literally thousands of adult learners have conquered their fear of Public Speaking and enhanced their critical thinking, writing and listening skills through Jeffrey’s instruction. Educated himself as a Professional Coach through multiple “boot camp” and “total immersion” Training and an on-going commitment to professional development, Jeffrey has mastered his ability to help businesses and individuals grow using transformative, strategic problem-solving techniques as well as honest and powerful accountability effectiveness. Jeffrey earned his M.A. in Communication (1999) as well as his B.A. in Telecommunications Management (1996) from San Diego State University. He is an active member of the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance, San Diego’s University Club, Toastmasters International and a devout Youth Sports Volunteer in his home community of Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego where he lives joyfully with his wife, Mary Ann, and their three Kluperheros: A.J., Abigail and Brody.
