Code for Milwaukee's Hack Night will take place on The Third Thursday of the month, June 17th.
Our Featured Speaker will be Libby Falck from Forward Labs.
"At Forward Labs, we create games to help people engage with local democracy. From getting out the vote with the League of Women Voters to increasing awareness about plastic pollution with the Sierra Club, we know games are fantastic tools for introducing people to organizations and initiatives in their local communities and boosting civic participation. In this week's talk, Libby will share an overview of the research that led to this work, a recap of Forward Lab's two most recent games, and announce our next big project... and how you can get involved!"
