Access to safety net information for those with limited access to technology: multi design session

We are working to come up with solutions to address the challenges faced by those who have limited access to technology when they need to find safety net related information as well as those who serve them. We believe this has become even more of an issue during the pandemic where safety net service providers have to resort to use technology more than ever before.

This is a 3 part session. Ideally, you would join all 3 sessions but if you are not able to attend all 3, we ask that you either attend or listen to the recording of the first session.

Session #1 Monday, November 30th 7pm 60-90 minutes

  • Quick intro to Human Centered Design & Design Thinking
  • Project Overview & next steps

Session #2 Monday, December 7, 7pm 90 minutes

Session #3 Monday, December 14, 7pm, 60-90 minutes
