What we're about

In partnership with local government and nonprofits, we organize grassroots, collaborative volunteer efforts to build technology-based solutions that address everyday challenges in our community. We are one of hundreds of volunteer civic tech groups that are part of the Code for America (http://www.codeforamerica.org/) Brigade network.

We're a fast-growing organization, so if you have any interest in hacking on or leading a project, be sure to drop by!

Upcoming events (4+)

Online Coding and Project Night

Online event

Connect with project leads to organize and hack at project priorities. If you have a project that would benefit the brigade (easier reporting, easier time management), don't be afraid to hack at it using this time.

New to Code for Boulder? Feel free to hop on the call! We always start off each meeting to welcome new attendees, so stop by to see what's up.

AGENDA (Yes, there's an agenda but our meetings are casual.)

1. New Attendee Session (~15 minutes)

Get a sense of Code for Boulder and our active project(s)! Learn about how our brigade fits into the national organization, Code for America.

2. Current Member Introductions (5-10 minutes)

After the new attendee session, current members will join to say "hello"!

3. Organization and Brigade Announcements (~5 minutes)

These are quick announcements about anything new going on in Code for Boulder or the Code for America brigade network.

4. Project Updates (5 minutes)

Next, we'll go over progress made on project(s) since the last meeting.

5. Project Break Out Sessions (rest of time)

Finally, work with other members to get stuff done.
