Git workshop

Details
We are running another Git workshop, this time together with Bristol PHP Training (https://www.meetup.com/Bristol-PHP-Training/). It will cover similar material as our previous workshop (https://www.meetup.com/CodeHub-Bristol/events/234099506/), but will be structured a bit differently. There will definitely be the opportunity to do practical exercises and practise contributing to a repository.
This workshop will have 4 mentors - Emma Jane Hogbin Westby (http://emmajane.net/) author of Git for Teams (http://gitforteams.com/), Dave Liddament from Bristol PHP Training, and David Moody and me (Katja) from CodeHub.
This event is for all skill levels, but you should have ideally worked through a tutorial that covers the basics of Git. Also please have Git installed and create a GitHub account if you don't have one yet.
Good places to start learning git are:
Try git - https://try.github.io/
The Git-it tutorial on Nodeschool - https://github.com/jlord/git-it
The official Git Book - https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2
