Android game development and Microservices Hype

Details

Darko Fabijan, cofounder at RenderedText - Microservices and logical reasoning

We could say that microservices are the topic of the year. Everyone is talking about them but few people have production experience with such systems. I’ll share our experience from a journey into the world of microservices with Semaphore CI. We learned a lot about systems design and thinking during the process and even more during our post-mortem sessions. In the end we really like the results that we have achieved but it’s not a free ride.

Milan Dinic, team lead at Execom - Game development for Android

Developing a game takes much time and cost a lot of money, so not
true. Developing a game, requires that you to like playing games (you
will have to do it, a lot!),
having some coding skills and having some free time to do it.

I would like to share my experience of picking the right framework,
tooling, finding resources like images and sound effects.
Or event better, how to create your own images and sound effects (I
did it, I am not a designer nor audio expert, and so can you).
After having all the resources, how to put peaces together and finally
have your game published on Play Store.
Putting a game on Google Play is just a new beginning, in a flood of
new games, how will anyone notice your game?
