Bio:

Nils has been active in the IT industry for almost 20 years. While he started as software developer and still enjoys coding, he spent the better part of the last eight years as coach and facilitator, helping teams and customers get better in solving problems with software. In his current role, he is responsible for the codecentric digitization labs, a rapid prototyping team that helps customers navigate the complexities of building innovative digital products.
