Monday Morning Coworking in Ocean Beach

Newbreak Coffee & Cafe

Let's meet up at the Beach! Newbreak Cafe is right across the street from the water and serves tasty coffee, pastries plus hot and cold options for breakfast and lunch. There are plenty of outlets to keep us powered up! The wifi password changes daily - check the note by the register for today's password! Street parking on nearby side streets. There is a $1 per week suggested donation to help cover the fees Meetup charges our group, so please pass that along to your host each week.

Thursday co-working in North Park

Young Hickory

We are mostly remote workers who use this time for work. The regulars show up whenever, say hi to everyone, and start working. We do, of course, talk to each other while working, but it's not a "networking" meetup. INFRASTRUCTURE: There is good Wi-Fi, plenty of power outlets, and places for sitting and standing. It's not quiet, but it's also not loud. TEMPERATURE: If it's cold outside, it's going to be cold inside Young Hickory. Bring a jacket. And if it's hot outside, the AC will be on, so bring a jacket. FOOD: Young Hickory has coffee/tea, craft beer, cheese paninis, and romaine wedges. The menu is at http://younghickory.com/foodanddrink. PARKING: There's metered parking on 30th and generally plenty of unlimited parking within a few blocks on the side streets. ATTENDING: RSVP so we know to save you a seat. We generally sit at one of the communal tables at the front. Unless it's cold outside, then we sit in the back. PS: There is a $1 per week contribution to help cover Meetup fees, so please help out if you can.

Wednesday morning co-working in Hillcrest

Lestat's Hillcrest

Hello fellow co-workers, I've acquired a part-time job that unfortunately makes me unavailable on most Tuesdays, so I'm moving my meetup to Wednesdays! Let's explore San Diego's coffee shops, meet new people and get some work done! Bring your laptop, project or book and meet us at one of San Diego's many coffee shops. NOTE: This week's meetup will start at 11am, not the usual 10am, and will be on Wednesday instead of the usual Tuesday. I will have a Coffee Shop Co-working sign on at least one table (if I'm on top of my stuff) and will try to get as many tables for us as we can. Note: I have a history of being less punctual than the other organizers, but I'm working on improving my reputation. There is a $1 per week contribution to help cover the fees Meetup charges to have a group on their site, so please help out if you can. Looking forward to seeing you all! *) Amy
