What we're about

This group is for people who are looking for a way to enhance their well-being.

You may be stuck. Thinking about what will be the best way to move forward? You may be thinking

- how on earth will I keep my New Year's resolutions?

- I need to make a change but don't know where to start.

You may be ready to set some aspirational goals and need someone or a small group to help you achieve them, i.e. hold you accountable in a safe space.

If any of this resonates with you, then this will be a great meet-up group for you. We will meet to talk through life's situations. You'll leave the meeting with at least one strategy to take a step forward to enhance your well-being. The meetings will be held on Zoom. I will host hybrid events when possible - Hybrid being both on Zoom and in-person.

This is time for you to care for yourself - and along the way you'll meet other great people who are on a similar journey.

It is safe to say that we are surrounded by stressful situations. One of the things that creates great stress is a sense of being less than people think.

~ What is Imposter Syndrome?
~ Is the tendency towards feeling like an imposter a symptom?
~ What is the difference between imposter syndrome and low self-esteem?
~ Can one overcome Imposter Syndrome?
~ How can we recover?

This is a juicy topic especially when many people are questioning their beliefs. When our foundations are no longer dependable, how do we continue?

Join me, Empowerment Coach Geralyn St Joseph, as we Confront Imposter Syndrome.

Let's meet on Zoom and talk. I'd love to hear about your experiences [if you are comfortable sharing]. And I can answer questions and we can discuss what we would like to do next.

I look forward to meeting you, answering your questions and discussing a myriad of topics.
