Indy Hall is located in the Colonial Penn building at 399 Market Street. Take the elevator to the third floor and then head right! This space is wheelchair accessible, and no steps are required to enter the building.

Get promoted! Start a business! Go to the gym! By mid-January, so many of us have made a long list of things we “should” accomplish in the new year. But those resolutions often end up feeling punishing, not empowering—and when we can’t live up to all those “shoulds,” we end up even more exhausted and unsatisfied than when we started. So let’s come together and practice something more joyful—and maybe even more useful—instead: clarifying our values, and exploring how we can set intentions and action plans to help us live them more fully in 2020.

During this event, we’ll:
- Use powerful questions and guided exercises to help you define what you really care about, and understand where you’re struggling to live those values today.

- Help you align your priorities and plans for 2020 around what really matters—not to anyone else, but to YOU.

- Guide you through a process of turning intentions into concrete commitments, first steps, and plans for holding one another accountable.

**Please note the earlier start time for this event! We'll start the activities at 6pm sharp**

5:30pm // Doors open
Grab a drink and some food while you’re getting settled! We’ll provide lots of snacks, plus a variety of drinks (seltzer, soda, wine, and beer). We’ll start at 6:00pm sharp!

6:00pm // Opening exercise: Yes/Yikes
We’ll warm up by reflecting with each other on the year that ended: what was our greatest joy? What was the thing that went spectacularly wrong?

6:20pm // Clarifying values
We’ll lead you through an activity that will give you clarity on what really drives you, and where you are and aren’t living with those values today.

6:50pm // 2020 intentions
Using our values as a frame, we’ll establish intentions for 2020: what we want more of, what we want to leave behind, and how we want to treat ourselves and our communities.

7:20pm // Action and accountability
We’ll find people who share challenges and goals, and work in pairs to establish the actions we want to take and decide how we’ll hold ourselves accountable.

7:50pm // Closing exercise: F Yeahs!
Let’s close the night by sharing some of our visions, and action plans—and celebrating how each of us is choosing to bring our values to life this year.

8pm // Open networking time
Feel free to hang out afterward for more discussion, snacks, and drinks.
