What we're about

Welcome to Colorado Backgammon

The Colorado Backgammon Club provides players a chance to participate in tournament and league play on a regular basis. All events are conducted by volunteers with personal commitments to making every event a fantastic experience, while working towards growing the backgammon community. We meet every Thursday (1st, 3rd and 5th Thursdays for Tournament play and 2nd and 4th Thursdays for Chouette). We also hold monthly and quarterly tournaments as well as provide league points for Player of the Year. The Colorado Backgammon club was also selected to be part of the USBGF 2020 Local Club Initiative.

Please spend a moment and check out our websites – DenverBG.org (https://denverbg.org) and ColoradoBackgammon.com (http://www.coloradobackgammon.com). The Colorado Backgammon club uses Meetup (http://www.meetup.com/Colorado-Backgammon-Association) for all venue information as well as updated tournament details. Tournament rules governing play are posted on the USBGF website (http://usbgf.org/docs/rules.pdf). We play using the Crawford rule and legal moves (http://www.coloradobackgammon.com/examples-legal-moves/).
