What we're about
Colorado Springs Cycling Club (CSCC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1987 to provide a variety of bicycling activities. We have weekly rides, annual rides, member meetings with educational topics and parties, and training. For non-club rides such as Elephant Rock, we use Meetup to let our members know who is planning to attend so they can carpool and possibly ride together.
If you are not yet a member of CSCC, we invite you to join us for one ride. If you have a good time and want to ride with us more, you can visit our website to join the club (https://bikesprings.org/join-us). Annual dues are $21 for an individual or $28 for a family.

NO RIDE THIS WEEK. Weather forecast is pretty good - but it is the end of a busy holiday weekend.
We are going to stay home this evening and have some soup.
We'll try again next Monday.
Our ride for 31 May is a simple 16.2 miles, 428 foot elevation gain, along Rock Island Trail out and back. Here is the map: Rock Island Route
Join us for this social, no drop ride each Wednesday morning!
We'll ride 20-30 miles with the potential to stop for food or coffee along the way. Think about some of your favorite places to go.
Each week, the leaders will publish the route before the ride. While the primary start will be the Legacy Plaza, check the calendar for alternate start locations.

Ride Category: Green (https://bikesprings.org/About-Rides-and-Events)
We start the season with shorter and easier (10-12 miles) rides in late Spring. Over the course of the summer, the ride will gradually increase in distance and difficulty (15 - 20+ miles with more hills), always maintaining an easy pace (8-10 mph) and regrouping occasionally. It is always a no drop, led social ride, with posting at corners and sweeps designated.

If you plan to ride, please RSVP to let the leader and others know you will be there.
