Going to try to make this a weekly ride on Wednesdays . You will need to follow me on Zwift ( Steve Heeney ZZRC ) , then let me know that you would like to ride . I will then invite you to the event and we should be good to go . I am thinking the effort level will be between 2.0-2.2 Watts per Kilo , if this is too hard or too easy we can make adjustments .
