Learn about data visualization in VR from Unity Developer Justin Chin

Greetings all,

GUEST SPEAKER:
Justin Chin will give a talk about his data visualization and interaction projects at the University of Colorado’s Office of Data Analytics. His projects prototype new applications for the university integrating Amazon Alexa, Mapbox, and the HTC VIVE to view and access campus map information. His past Virtual Reality project also include interning at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory prototyping virtual reality experiences testing the physiological effects of virtual reality on thermal perception.

Prior to coming to Colorado for graduate school, he studied Mechanical Engineering and was an energy consultant in the East Coast for 3 years.
