Cooking Class: The Art & Craft of Bulk Cooking
The Art and Craft of Bulk Cooking: How to turn ordinary, batch-cooked foods into extraordinary meals. Downtown Colorado Springs (location provided with registration confirmation) Too busy to cook? In this demonstration class, you will learn how to make plant-sourced foods in big batches and then turn them into creative meals with complex flavor profiles and varied texture to add variety and ease into your weeknight meals. Recipes will include traditional cooking techniques (pots on a stove, roasting in the oven) with special instructions for Instant Pot (pressure cooker) and/or air fryer techniques. $25 fee includes: *90-minute demonstration and instruction *Recipes *Samples Advance registration required to reserve a seat. Register at ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR JL Fields is the founder and culinary director of the Colorado Springs Vegan Cooking Academy ( She is a Master Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator, Food for Life instructor, chef instructor in the culinary program at the University of New Mexico-Taos, personal chef, career coach, and a corporate consultant offering wellness training, brand representation, and strategic planning services.
