This concert features over twenty of your favorite scores from movies, television, and video games. Jump in the T.A.R.D.I.S. or U.S.S. Enterprise, and journey with our heroes through Gotham City, Middle Earth, Azeroth, Westeros, and even to a galaxy far, far away. We’ve even added a Theremin player, DeVotchKa frontman Nick Urata, to help us boldly go where our sound has never gone before.
Hometown hero, Austin Wintory, will be on the bridge to present excerpts from his score for Journey: the first video game score to receive a Grammy® nomination. The Colorado Symphony Ball 2014 promises to be bigger and better than the sold-out 2013 event. “From Bach... to Rock!
