What we're about

Parents of autistic kids or autistic adults. The caregiver. For grown up conversation and sharing experience and knowledge. Dealing with a neurotypical world around people who dont understand the plight and isolation of the caregiver of this special disability. I have 2 autistic children aged 13 (boy) and girl(19) both relatively severe. Struggles with finding the right medications. We have a happy life, but there are ups and downs, trials and tribulations, and lots of small miracles that give is lots of hope! I am a joyful spiritual mom who wants to meet other parents who relate. I wouldnt be adverse to adding a spiritual component, any denomination or meditations etc.. i have learned that i need the "all of the above" toolbox! LOL!! My husband would come if there were dads who wanted to come!!
