This group is for you if you want to feel better physically and mentally, have more energy, help to decrease your risk of, or reverse certain diseases. It is for you if you are concerned about the quality of life of all living beings, the environment, and world hunger.

-Set your own plant-based related goals (it doesn't have to be all or nothing) -Share recipes, successes, and challenges with others -Learn about plant-based nutrition -Sample foods
Ideas for meals and recipes will be provided, along with Vegan food lists, and a journal to keep track of your experience and progress.
The group will be facilitated by Marcy Schveibinz who is a board certified Health and Wellness Coach and Vegan Lifestyle Coach.
