What we're about
This group is for anyone interested in holistic health. Whether you are new to the idea or you've been living holistically for as long as you can remember, there will be something to learn or share in a group of other like-minded individuals. I believe there are a plethora of things we should be doing, such as juicing, detoxification, using essential oils, eating organic fruits and vegetables, etc, that will help combat the effects of living in a chemically filled environment. I'm convinced that our bodies are equipped to recover from so many diseases we face if we would just fill it with good nutrition and cleanse it on a regular basis.
