What we're about

Come join The Suffolk Y/JCC Singles Group where ALL singles are welcome: whether you have never been married, widowed, divorced or separated. For those in their 30's, 40's or 50's, we have a new group for you to join, meet others and make a difference in your life. If you're in an older age bracket, we have a program for you, too.

If you're looking for a place to have meaningful discussions on interesting topics while making new friends and relationships then we are the place for you. If you're interested in dancing or singing along to some oldies music, join us when Tommy Sullivan sings the classics. We invite you to feel part of our family.

We also have support groups are forming for bereavement, recently separated or divorced and weekly chat groups for 60+.

Reinventing Ourself
Needs a date and time

Suffolk Y Jewish Community Center

Reinventing yourself is the art of positive thinking. Pushing yourself to do something that you want to do. We urge people to reinvent themselves when they contemplate changing schools or careers. We reinvent ourselves when we relocate from one community to the next, from one home to the next. We reinvent ourselves due to health reasons, whether we need to change a habit, a lifestyle or a career. We reinvent ourselves when we go from being single to being married...and to being single, once again--whether it was by choice or by circumstance. How do we find our passion and then follow it? Reinventing ourselves is this week's topic. Come join a group of intelligent, thoughtful singles as we discuss this and other pertinent topics. For questions about this week's Meetup or our programs in general, email [masked] or call[masked]
