What we're about

We are a group of Orange County professionals in the Commercial Real Estate and Related industries. We gather once a month, usually in the Newport Beach or South Coast Metro areas, to network and discuss issues related to our business. In Orange County’s fast-pace market, it is more important than ever to make personal connections with others in the field. Unlike other local networking events CRENAB OC allows you to make connections in a casual environment, and requires no monthly fees or cover charges Free yourself from dry corporate events – ditch the name tags and speeches from board members – and grab a beer with fellow CRENABers. We typically meet on the third Wednesday day of the month and tend to informally rotate locations throughout the OC area – some our favorite locations have previously been Karl Strauss Brewery in Costa Mesa, Ten Asian Bistro in Newport Beach, and Z Tejas at South Coast Plaza. We always welcome location suggestions and love trying new places! Orange County is known for its beautiful beaches, tourist attractions, and, of course, it’s booming real estate industry. With businesses clamoring for spaces in the most desirable zip codes of the OC, it is important for those in the industry to stay in the know about market trends and upcoming builds. Networking online is great, but nothing beats getting to know people “in real life.” Our Mission To Network with other individuals in a casual, social setting and to release the stresses of your business days while also
making contacts to further your professional endeavors. What We Are A group of leading deal & development individuals, who want to meet, network and discuss issues related to our business.
What We Are Not Organized. There are no presidents, treasurers, or board of directors. There are no dues. The only costs are the drinks and/or food you consume.
And PLEASE… NO WHINING! CRENAB started in Phoenix and was so successful that it now has chapters in beautiful Orange County, Las Vegas, and Minneapolis. Only time will tell where CRENAB will go next.
