What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in commercial real estate, investing or developing land, finding solutions to commercial real estate issues, etc. I started this group per one title company manager request to support commercial real estate enthusiasts.
The meetup is held every 4th Friday of the month 3:30pm to 5pm at Common Block Brewing Co downtown Medford.
All annual membership fees are waived at this time but meeting fee is $35 per person per meeting.
Members pay their own food and/or drink.
Host is a recognized expert in commercial real estate as a CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, recognized expert in commercial investment real estate with years of experience, expertise and knowledge.
We are glad Madison Bordner with eXp Realty, Oregon Commercial Group is the cohost starting October 2022. Madison, a GIS expert, is focusing on land development and specialized use properties.
