• What we'll do Let's do this TOGETHER!!! Grace will be subbing for me this week. Do the practice without worrying about the workout. Get the work out out of the way so you can have more contemplative yoga practice. Yoga is done more slowly. It activates slow-twitch muscle fibers, which give us longer holding power and endurance-based strength. It helps practitioners gain balance, and holistic flexibility in muscles and joints. Yoga can be detoxifying due to inversions, whole body movements and longer exhales. It teaches people mindful living techniques too, so they can more easily center, ground, and slow down when life becomes chaotic. HIIT gets the heart rate up higher than yoga can, in specific ways to optimize cardio, or how you intake and process oxygen. HIIT also can raise your metabolism up to 15% and burn calories and fat for 48 straight hours!- In fact, Science tells us that HIIT is the absolute best exercise — it gives you all of this, in just 4-12 minutes. It is the only exercise done in micro-moments that gives the fitness results of working out for hours each week. This class will be high energy designed to kick-start your metabolism. If you have some extra weight to lose then this class is for you! If you do not need to lose weight and just want to kick it up a notch this class is for you. A beginning level of fitness is suggested but we will work toward your goals and have modifications to all moves and poses. Come check it out - I know you will feel great about how you feel afterward - besides you deserve it. • What to bring Water bottle. We have water you can refill your bottle with. Towel, comfy clothes. Dress how you would to go to the gym or a yoga class. What we're about

Let's get together and practice yoga. Come join beginners new to the practice and if you are and at the intermediate come share your insights. This is a group for anyone who wants to learn about yoga and foundational poses along with intermediate flow. All are welcome. Bring friends, co-workers, family, kids and pets (if allowed at the designated park). The class will be whatever you want out of it and continually progressing to meet the needs of the group. I will be starting each class with a sun salutation that you can take home and practice on your own to get your day started with an open mind and open heart. We offer free classes and donation based classes that take place in outdoors, and indoors.
