The Dao Yin exercises are the historic origin of QiGong practices, known for their harmonizing and healing benefits. Dao refers to the fact that physical movements are guided by the strength of the mind, and in turn, stimulate the internal flow of Qi (life force) within the body. Yin means that with the aid of physical movements, Qi can reach the bodily extremities. These simple exercises can be done every day to cultivate your Qi, and bring focus to your day.
Please bring a sacred object you would like to share with another member, for the duration of the Circle. No worries if you don’t have one; we always have extras to share.
