This group is for anyone who interested in networking, connecting, communicating and creating media collaboratively in the greater Somerville community. You will also stay up-to-date about different media production classes and events throughout the year.
If you would like to register (which costs a fee) for some of our media education classes there are two different rates. One is a member rate and the other is a non-member rate. If you live in Somerville, MA, you can join SCATV as an Equipment Member (http://www.scatvsomerville.org/membership/equipmentmembership/) or Organizational member (http://www.scatvsomerville.org/membership/organizationalmembership/) (if you have a community group or non-profit) and can take our classes at the member rate, and once certified you can reserve our facilities/equipment at no additional cost. If you are not a resident, you can still take our classes but will be charged a rental fee if you wish to use our facilities/equipment after the class. However, you can join as an Equipment Member through an Organizational Membership but this requires you producing programs for that specific group. If you have any questions about membership, please contact us at 617.628.8826 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org*
