Secular guided group meditation for new and experienced members. Each session begins with a brief discussion of the week's practice, followed by a 30 minute guided meditation and then a Q&A session. No need to bring anything, or wear any special kind of clothes. Meditation is done on chairs, unless you would like to bring your own meditation cushion.
