This group is for people that want to experience a Reformer-based group Pilates workout that is true to the original Method. Our dynamic class sessions are available at a variety of levels and at convenient class times. We want to fulfill Joseph Pilates' dream of bringing his workout to every person who can benefit from a strong body and more balanced life.
