Do you consider yourself a Humanist?

Yes and no. Humanism is the closest to what I espouse. The concept of ultimate virtue and responsibility lying with humanity is definitely part of the tenets I live by. I branch out in different ways, though, as I have a long term goal of assembling a a sort of 'atheistic doctrine'.

How did you find out about our group?

Searched 'humanism' on meetup.

33 year old eternal student of history, science, and humanity. May or may not be in the process of founding a new philosophical system.
