Yoga does more than calm you down and make you flexible. Yoga improves balance, flexibility, and strength. It can decrease pain and help with feelings of isolation. It can increase your daily energy level and improve social and occupational functioning. Yoga is physical, mental, emotional, and energetic. Join me to explore balance in all four areas of your being.
This class is a multi-level yoga flow experience. Personal responsibility is required, and especially when you participate via Zoom. Participation is at your own risk - be mindful to honor YOUR body, using it as a guidance system as to adding or modifying the poses and flows.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. If you are zooming, have a mat, blocks (new rolls of toilet paper, new full-sized unopened box of tissues or hardcovered block-sized books), straps (a scarf works great), and anything else you'd like to be supported.
