What we're about

Masterminds are peer-to-peer mentoring groups that aim to help members learn from each other in order to meet the challenges that we face and achieve success. They entail a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability, and support to sharpen our business and personal skills. We challenge each other to set and accomplish goals.

Participation requires commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. In this way we act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates, and supportive colleagues.

Life is series of opportunities disguised as challenges. We can either shrink from them or boldly confront them. The challenges of day-to-day flourishing are deeply rooted in the human experience. Challenges are given to us, and it is up to each of us how to respond. These discussions arm you with the practical knowledge you need to transform life's challenges into opportunities.
