A great opportunity to experience a mindfulness 8 session course that can assist you develop a new relationship with your health, stress, or pain.
This group will run for 8 sessions of 2 and a half hours each and offers practical tools and mindfulness exercises and new approaches that can help you live well, manage aspects of many short or long term health conditions and also stress.
The course is based on the award winning book ' Mindfulness for Health' Breathworks programme. The book has a cd with guided meditations and exercises, which we will be exploring in sessions and out of sessions, in you everyday life. Participants will need to purchase this book [around ten pounds to carry out the home practice effectively and get the full benefits of this course.
Course content includes;
• ways to manage thoughts and feelings
• mindful breath and body awareness
• how to develop a kinder relationship with our self
• mindful pacing in every day life
• • learning and practicing a range of short guided meditations
As teaching this course will form part of my advanced mindfulness teacher training assessment with the Breathworks organisation, I will not be charging anything for my time - only for resources, and course running costs. This works out at 5.00 per session per person. a great oportunity -... The full cost of course normally 150-200 pounds.
