The Rhythm of Chaos is the Rhythm of our times. The movement skills of fluidity and focus combine to enable us to find our freedom inside the unpredictability of Life. Rather than resist the chaos and unpredictability, we can learn to thrive on this powerful energy, letting it happen (resistance is futile!) and moving with it. This way we can become the still eye in the center of the storm. Staying connected with what matters to us, having faith in the essential goodness of life, we can keep returning to balance and root ourselves in Love, making a positive difference in our own life and the wider world.

This is a full day, experiential workshop. We will be dancing a fair amount throughout the day. Dress comfortably to move, bring a light lunch and water.
