Often we get so caught up in life’s outer circumstances like going to work, paying the bills, maintaining relationships that we lose contact with ourselves. We stop realising what gives us real happiness. We stop connecting to what gives us happiness or joy and start finding it outside.

This workshops is created as a help to get back in touch with the lost joy, happiness and being.

IMPORTANT: For this workshop we'll be charging SEK 50 per attendee.
